Alexis grew up just a couple hours off the mountain but has always loved Boone. After graduating from Appalachian State University she could not imagine living anywhere else.
Alexis has been with The Mill at Rock Creek since 2021. She fell in love with weddings and events here and is so excited to have a hand in bringing your dreams to life!
Joe & Jenny Gadzia
Owners
The Mill at Rock Creek owners, Jenny and Joe Gadzia currently reside in Lawrence, Kansas, but Jenny grew up in Boone, and most of her family still lives in the area. Jenny’s deep Boone roots prompted the Gadzia’s to build a venue to provide a warm and inviting setting to High Country locals, and others that simply love the mountains of North Carolina. They hope that The Mill will play a role in creating memories that will last for a lifetime.
