The Mill at Rock Creek is Boone's newest and most exciting Wedding Venue and Event Center. Located less than 5 miles from downtown Boone, The Mill at Rock Creek offers over 4200 square feet of exquisite space set in the mountains of Boone. A giant water wheel feeds a tumbling rock creek that wraps around the venue and a gorgeous outdoor patio. The creek rolls by the giant outdoor fire pit and finishes with a stunning waterfall that can be the backdrop to your dream wedding or other corporate events!
As you stroll by Rock Creek to enter the venue, you are amazed as you enter the giant 50-foot silo, where you are welcomed with hospitality and awe at the rustic yet modern space. Upon entering the grand ballroom you notice the giant rustic beams that form the support of the structure. These are no ordinary beams, these were handcrafted over 100 years ago in the farmland of Pennsylvania. In fact, these beams are famous, as they were featured on the hit TV series Log Cabin Fever!
Even as you notice majestic handcrafted beams you are swept away with all the modern conveniences for your event. The space is heated and cooled to make your guests comfortable. A giant stone fireplace crackles to keep them comfortable even on the chilliest of cool Boone Nights. A full bar with kegerator and wine cooler is available as well as a spacious caterers' kitchen allowing your event to have that "hot out of the oven" perfect meal. For wedding events, a large groom's room with pool table, TV, private bathroom, and stocked mini-fridge is available. For the beautiful bride and bridesmaids; a spacious area with a 3 sided mirror, TV, large vanity, and stocked mini-fridge allows for some relaxation as she prepares for that special moment!
For business events, a state of the art high-resolution projector with an ultra-bright display on a 165-inch automatic motorized screen makes your presentations pop. Connecting your computer or phone is made simple with easy wi-fi connection via your Windows, Apple, or Android device. Motorized screens can cover the windows to avoid any distractions from outside the venue. A built-in sound system with a microphone allows you and any part of your presentation to be heard by all in attendance.
